Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Godot Line Limited’s fashion garment development service. Before engaging with our services, we kindly ask all clients to read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to establish a clear, professional framework that protects the interests of both parties and ensures a smooth, transparent working relationship.

1. Scope of Service

Godot Line Limited provides premium design and garment development services for luxury womenswear and menswear. Our offerings include concept sketching, CAD development, pattern cutting, sampling, fabric and trim advisory, and production supervision. We do not operate bulk manufacturing in-house but manage outsourced production through trusted partners to ensure quality and consistency.

2. Payment Terms

Our development services operate on a prepaid basis:

• Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required before any work commences. This payment secures your place in our production queue and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to meet your design and timeline requirements.
• Final Payment: The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon project completion and must be settled prior to the release or delivery of any samples, prototypes, or final garments.

Failure to complete the final payment may result in delays, withholding of deliverables, or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. Cancellation Policy

By submitting the initial deposit, you acknowledge and accept that this payment is non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel the project after the deposit has been made, Godot Line Limited reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover time, resources, and development work already undertaken.

We encourage clients to carefully review their design intentions, specifications, and timelines before committing to ensure a productive and satisfactory collaboration.

4. Project Timeline and Communication

Project timelines will be agreed upon at the outset and are dependent on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and material availability. Any delays in communication, approvals, or payments may affect the delivery schedule. We strive to maintain transparent and timely communication throughout the development process and expect the same from our clients.

5. Amendments and Revisions

Minor revisions to sketches, patterns, or specifications may be accommodated within the agreed scope. Significant changes or additions may incur additional charges and extend the timeline. All revisions must be communicated clearly and in writing.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All client designs, specifications, and proprietary information will be treated with strict confidentiality. Godot Line Limited does not claim ownership of your creative concepts. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
